System Acceptance

By accessing the Sproutsly network ("Platform"), you enter into a binding legal agreement. Interaction with our frontend or API endpoints constitutes full acknowledgement of these governance protocols.

Agreement Mandatory

If you do not agree to these terms, you must terminate your session immediately and disconnect all local caches.

TERMS_AUTH

Operator Status

Access is restricted to entities meeting the following deployment criteria:

Minimum biological age of 13 cycles (or region-specific local equivalent)

Full capacity to enter into digital contracts

No history of prior exclusion from the Sproutsly network

TERMS_UNIT

User Nodes

Your account is your unique identifier within our data shards. You are solely responsible for the integrity of your authentication credentials.

1. Multi-factor authentication is recommended for all high-level operators.

2. Unauthorized node access must be reported instantly to system administrators.

3. Account sharing is strictly prohibited and results in immediate de-syncing.

TERMS_LICENSE

Usage Rights

Sproutsly grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable runtime license to utilize the Platform for educational and development purposes.

"Your license remains active provided your behavioral telemetry remains within the bounds defined in the Acceptable Use Policy."

TERMS_AI_SYS

AI Features

AI Interaction Disclosure

By using AI features on Sproutsly, you acknowledge that you are interacting with artificial intelligence. AI responses are generated automatically and may contain errors or inaccuracies.

Sproutsly includes an AI assistant ("Sprout-E") to help you learn. The following terms govern your use of AI features:

NO TRAINING — Your code, questions, and interactions with AI are NOT used to train AI models. Data is processed ephemerally.

ACCURACY NOT GUARANTEED — AI responses are generated by third-party models (Meta LLaMA via Groq). Verify all code before use.

USAGE LIMITS — AI features are rate-limited. Free cadets: 3 requests/day. Pro cadets: 10 requests/day. Limits reset at 10 AM CET.

EDUCATIONAL PURPOSE — AI is designed to provide hints and guidance, not complete solutions. Misuse may result in access restrictions.

Hint System

In addition to AI, you have access to hardcoded hints for each level. Free cadets get 3 hints/day, Pro cadets get 20 hints/day. Hints you've already viewed in a level won't count against your limit when viewed again.

Access Control

Operation of the following activities will trigger an automated BanGuard response:

CRITICAL VIOLATIONS

• Reverse engineering core engine binary
• Deploying automated scraping drones
• Overloading API through stress-tests

INTEGRITY VIOLATIONS

• Impersonating administrative staff
• Distributing malware through mission logs
• Bypassing regional access filters

TERMS_INTEL

Neural Property

The Platform, including its underlying logic, curriculum assets, and iconography, is the exclusive property of Sproutsly.

Asset Protection

Unauthorized duplication of Sproutsly assets is a violation of international intellectual property treaties. Your code remains yours, our platform remains ours.

TERMS_VOID

Risk Warnings

THE SYSTEM IS PROVIDED "AS-IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED.

Sproutsly does not guarantee 100% uptime of its cloud nodes. We are not liable for data loss occurring during unexpected system reboots or network partitions.

TERMS_PURGE

Deactivation

We reserve the right to terminate your access at any time, with or without prior telemetry, for behavior deemed hazardous to the network state.

Termination does not waive your outstanding obligations or our intellectual rights.

Legal Matrix

These terms are governed by the digital laws of the jurisdiction in which Sproutsly is incorporated, regardless of your physical terminal location.
