Mission Overview
Sproutsly operates a next-generation coding environment. To protect this ecosystem, we maintain rigorous data protection protocols. This documentation outlines how we process information while maintaining your digital anonymity where possible.
Privacy First Architecture
Intelligence Gathering
When you interface with Sproutsly, we capture specific data points to authenticate and secure your session:
Identity Data
- Account identifiers (via Clerk)
- Validated email addresses
- Verified display names
System Data
- IP terminal addresses
- Browser environment strings
- Time-stamped access logs
Behavioral Telemetry
We monitor user-to-system interactions to optimize environment performance:
Data Processing
Your data is processed through our secure cloud infrastructure to:
- 01Maintain secure authentication shards via Clerk.
- 02Sync real-time progress across Convex database endpoints.
- 03Personalize curriculum pathways based on performance.
AI Features
AI Disclosure
Our platform includes an AI assistant called Sprout-E powered by third-party AI models (Meta LLaMA via Groq). Here's what you need to know:
DATA NOT USED FOR TRAINING
- Your code is NOT stored by AI providers
- Conversations are NOT used to train models
- Prompts are ephemeral and not retained
AI RESPONSE TRANSPARENCY
- All AI responses are clearly labeled
- Usage is limited per day for fairness
- Responses may contain errors — verify before use
AI Usage Limits
3 AI requests/day
10 AI requests/day
Defensive Measures
We employ multi-layer security to prevent unauthorized access to the datacenter:
Subject Authority
Under GDPR, CCPA, and Global Digital Rights standards, you hold the following overrides:
Exercise Protocols
Lifecycle Management
Accounts inactive for > 24 months are automatically queued for purging.
Trans-Border Transit
Your data may be processed in regions outside your jurisdiction (specifically the USA). We use Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) to ensure equivalent protection levels.
Protocol Updates
We reserve the right to modify this protocol. Updates will be broadcast via:
